In welcoming Chemring’s investment, Mr Brumby said the investment would provide 40 new jobs and future potential exports for Victoria.
“This project is a major boost for our industry base and economy at a time of global economic uncertainty and a skills shortage. Through this new agreement Chemring Australia will supply locally produced pyrotechnics and countermeasures to the Australian Defence Force.”
