The RES-Q-SAT 406 MHz MARINE Manual EPIRP

The RES-Q-SAT is a compact, buoyant, self-contained EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon). Which when activated  will continuously transmit a distinctive radio signal for 48 hours on the international distress frequencies, accessing the COSPAS-SARSAT Satellite Aided Search and Rescue System.

The RB6 - 406MHz features

Long life lithium battery (10 year shelf Life) Fast alert time accurate distress positioning to within 5kms Fast rescue times Beacon registration provides identity with alert, high visibility colour, in-built strobe light, marine grade stainless steel whip antenna optimized length for superior low angle detection. Fits existing Res-Q-Sat bracket, proven robust design, digital signal transmission with global satellite coverage.

The RE-Q-SAT 406MHz Marine EPIRB is designed and manufactured in Australia and complies with performance specification of AS/NZS 4280.1 2003 406 MHz Satellite Distress Beacons.COSPAS-SARSAT approved
