DAN M3
The new, flashing LED low profile light is a single compact flashing light. It is manually activated by pressing the switch on the front of the light. The light is emitted through an ultralow profile dome, making the light less susceptible to damage during evacuation. Easily fitted with two different backing plates, one to go over a thin strap and one to go over a 5cm belt.
All Daniamant Lifejacket lights are designed to deliver a minimum 0.75 cd output specification and 8 hour duration required by IMO SOLAS regulations.
DAN MR3
The MR3 is a recessed version of the Dan M3. This light has a special fitting clip designed for attachment to a lifejacket so that only the ultra-low profile dome is above the fabric on the jacket. The light is specially designed for lifejackets used on passenger vessels with evacuation chute systems for mass evacuations of passengers. This light is flashing LED and is manually activated.
